Have some physical components available for experimentation. If possible, swap the memory module onto a different circuit board.

Ended up swapping out the RAM and now both sticks function properly, and it seems the GPU problems are resolved too. That’s odd... at least I upgraded from 2400MHz to 3000MHz and got a 1070 which should ease the PSU load.
