Hey there. You're setting up a triple monitor system aiming for 40+ FPS at 5600x1080 resolution. With your current specs—Intel 2nd-gen i7 3770K, 3.9GHz turbo, 12MB cache, and the listed components—it looks like you might need some tweaks. Consider checking the monitor drivers, ensuring proper calibration, and verifying that your CPU cooler is delivering enough heat. Upgrading to a higher-end GPU or adding more RAM could also boost performance. Let me know if you want specific advice!

It seems you're considering a 2 gtx 780 card, possibly needing just one.

I would choose the dual 770 FTW versions.

What configuration are you running? The current version and the HD 7000 offer similar differences, sticking to the same design. Next year I expect AMD and NVIDIA to begin adopting next-gen stacked memory. Perhaps it's time to reassess expectations.

Have you experimented with reducing certain options? It seems like just one isn't sufficient.

Most users invest nearly $600 in a GPU while using it at reduced performance levels.

Only if you acquire two 780 Ti units or two 290 units will it work.

They believe the problem might stem from a bottleneck in the CPU, RAM, or HDD since the system isn't using an SSD. Or could it be related to the GPU?
