I notice unexpected FPS fluctuations in GTA V despite stable GPU and CPU usage. My concern is what might be causing these drops. This is running at 1080p and 165Hz. The stats from MSI Afterburner show the GPU at 40°C and CPU at 70°C with low percentages. Could there be something else affecting performance?

GA3 struggles to maintain performance above 140-150 FPS; consider limiting the frame rate.

Are you the only one noticing an issue? This setup has a 13th+ GPU with 4090 and 1080p resolution—get a monitor!

Oh no, I see what you did there. The setup was designed for smooth gameplay at 1080p by 2030. Just give it a bit more time.
