Performance of the CPU
I've experienced unexpected restarts and checked CPU stress tests. I ran Cinebench R20, which gave a score of 3561, while online results suggest around 6400. My processor temperature stayed between 50-55°C during the test, so cooling isn't a concern. I'm unsure what to do next and worry the CPU could fail. This machine has been in my hands for 4-5 years.
Your 10900k at stock clocks previously added another 100W when running in Cinebench, especially during TOW. Which motherboard model are you using?

High-performance gaming laptop featuring robust build and wireless connectivity.
This machine is really throwing me off. I can't risk an unreliable system. I have multiple assignments due at college in the next couple of weeks. Some restarts occur unexpectedly, even when almost nothing is active on the computer. I've performed a CPU stress test and GPU stress tests for 10-15 minutes each. No crashes. I shut everything down and joined a Discord call. The screen freezes but I can still hear people talking and the computer restarts suddenly. It hasn't happened in weeks, and it's been happening four times tonight. The PC is mostly clean, temperatures are normal. I'm considering a fresh Windows install, but I can't do it until my college work is finished. I'm also too poor to try a hardware swap. There was a CPU fan speed error during boot once, but the AIO unit seems to be functioning properly. Could it be related to BIOS settings or the power supply?
PSU Deepcool 1000W 80 PLUS Gold with 2x16GB DDR4 RAM and Intel I9-10900F Mobo CPU. Speed uncertain. CPU model 3200, likely Intel I9. GPU: ASUS TUF GAMING Z490-PLUS (WiFi). GPU: GTX 3080 10GB. Display: MSI Ventus 3 with 1440p@240Hz, 1440P@120Hz, 1080p@70Hz. Storage: Crucial P3 Plus 2TB + Samsung 1TB NVMe + Toshiba HDD. Let me know if anything is missing.
As a precautionary..I'd start by entering your UEFI Settings (BIOS) and loading optimised defaults. There will be an Function Key shortcut to do it (On my Asus Z370 I think it was F7 or F5) then saving and exiting. this shouldn't effect your boot orders or your secure boot keys. then show us your HWInfo pages during Cinebench again
I opened the settings and performed a factory reset. Then I turned on XMP, and before leaving to save, I checked the easy menu. There were presets for normal, performance, and extreme performance modes. I selected extreme performance, which apparently improved my Cinebench score from 3500 to 5100. Hopefully this also resolves the random crashes.
