I've got a Ryzen 7 5800X with 3090 FE, 32GB RAM, 3600MHz CL18 at 1440p. I'm curious about how my performance stacks up against someone with an RTX 3090. I've noticed others achieving double FPS on the same spec, but I'm not sure if it's a fake review or something I'm doing wrong.

It's not the maximum, around 74 FPS, but it sometimes falls to 54. Is this normal? On the Skaven benchmark it drops to about 39 FPS, and I've noticed 3080 performing better.
