Did you verify or are you fully supporting Ubisoft's complaints while speaking up? I was testing Watchdogs with overloaded settings—except for 2x instead of 4x and lower ambient occlusion—and consistently got 70-80+ frames, staying above 60. No frame drops and no stuttering, even during driving, which was the least stable part when the game launched.
Arrived in July or August. If it's been resolved afterward, this is great news for me. I'll verify on my friend's PC before making the purchase.
