I've been exploring ARM and RISC-V architectures, and I'm puzzled by the differing claims about their future performance. It seems like some sources say they'll keep improving mainly through software tweaks, while others believe hardware upgrades will drive the gains. The reality likely lies somewhere in between, with both approaches playing a role as technology evolves.

It has become a pattern over time, particularly with the emphasis on both aspects. However, remember that affordable low or mid-range CPUs won't instantly turn out to be fully functional.

That aligns with my initial thoughts, and I’m sure it won’t suddenly reach full functionality. I was unsure about which areas required further development, but it seems logical that both sides need attention.
