there might be several factors affecting performance. your system seems capable with a decent spec, but recent updates or games could strain it. the drug dealer simulator dropping to 30fps suggests potential issues with the game itself or compatibility. cleaning apps and limiting background processes helped, which is good. consider checking for software conflicts, updating drivers, or testing on a different machine. if problems persist, sharing more details about the games and your system might help diagnose further.

Various games behave uniquely because each one is distinct. GTA V launched five years ago for PC (and its highly optimized version). The most effective approach is to verify your GPU and CPU usage while playing. Additionally, some overclocking on the GPU and adjusting in-game settings can significantly improve performance.

I reduced every game's options to the minimum and the in-game test benchmark for the car mechanic simulator displays an average of 41 frames per second.

I don't have a specific resolution or GPU usage details. Could you clarify what information you're looking for?

1920x1080 resolution, I don’t recall it clearly at the moment—perhaps later when I’m back online.

Sorry, I wasn't able to capture a screenshot. This is in GTA V. After playing for some time, the dedicated GPU memory reached full 4GB, yet the 3D performance remained unchanged. In contrast, the car mechanic simulator was consistently using around 100% of its 3D resources from the beginning.
