Your engine runs smoothly at typical idle temps of 35ºC to 45ºC. The issue arises during Blender renders, where temperatures rise sharply to about 85ºC or even higher. These numbers feel unrealistic, so I’m curious—do others experience similar spikes while working on CPU-heavy tasks? If not, what might be causing this and how can it be resolved?

Lower than 95° C is usually safe for extended use as long as voltages remain stable. With the throttle temperature fixed at 95° C, you won't surpass it even without a cooler, it will simply reduce significantly.

If you use a lot of rendering, you'd get a better cooler. I think the wraith stealth is not enough. It's almost the same as a stock Intel cooler now. Spend $25-50 on an air cooler and it'll be much better and quieter.

Thanks for the suggestion. Given your budget, I’d recommend pairing it with an 1660Ti. You might want to add about $50 extra for the 2060 to ensure compatibility.

USD equivalent is around $300. The item listed is the XFX-RX-5700 graphics card, priced at $3000.99 on Walmart. Amazon often offers similar models for $299. A cooler such as the DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX 400 could enhance your setup with its features.

A cooler would likely reduce the temperature by around 10ºC. The Amazon listing for the 5700 XT is priced at $365, making it a better value compared to non-XT models at $300 and higher-priced options at $2060. Edited January 1, 2020 by abernalmac

Absolutely, the stealth performance is quite limited. You can check the details here: https://www.techspot.com/amp/review/1870...n-rx-5700/ In the test, the 5700 outperformed the 2060 by just 1%, while the 5700xt lagged behind the 2070 by only 2%. Regarding the $350 model, I don’t think it’s worth it. What card are you referring to? I’d skip the reference specs. I have the RAWII and it’s not ideal, but it’s $100 less than the top option and includes a custom fan curve plus undervolt adjustments.
