85 C is definitely superior to 100C. That’s a sensible upper limit for a 10600KF with a Hyper 212, especially if the room temperature is a bit warm. You shouldn’t experience much thermal throttling anymore, and exhaust fans should assist in lowering the temperature a bit. For a 10600KF, expect Cinebench R23 scores between 9,000 and 10,000. Were you running other applications simultaneously? What are your CPU speeds during Cinebench?
Perfect, now you have the chance to tweak overclocking or undervolting for better performance. The exhaust fan plays a much bigger role than you might think. I recall some old testing from an unclear source, but certain PC cases demonstrated substantial temperature gains with just one exhaust fan.
The room temperature is actually quite high. I'm planning to run another test, probably because there wasn't anything running in the background. My clock speeds are 4.70Ghz, and I've used the speed optimizer in Intel Extreme Tuning Utility.
I’m planning to install exhaust fans too. My motherboard only has one sys fan port, so I thought about getting the Cosiar Commander Pro and adding three fans—two at the back and one on top—to help lower the temperature.
You might also notice the CPU displaying a clock speed of 4.11Ghz on Cinabench. It's unclear whether this reflects the standard timing or if you adjusted the core speed using Intel tools.

Did you also eliminate the CPU power caps? Otherwise, the all-core boost will cap after 56 seconds to meet the TDP requirements, leading to clock speeds near the base 4.1GHz. I think the standard all-core boost without restrictions is about 4.4GHz.
