This seems like a confusing situation. The RAM speed listed in the command output doesn't match the product details from your receipt. It's possible there was a mix-up or an error during installation. Double-check your BIOS settings or consult the manufacturer's documentation for accurate information. If you're unsure, it might be worth reaching out to a support representative for clarification.

No, I haven't checked the BIOS settings for XMP/AXMP/DOCP on your motherboard.

Not all processors support that speed without overclocking. I assumed it worked on laptops, but trying a desktop with the XPM profile in BIOS might help.

Your system supports faster speeds thanks to its recent build, so tweaking the BIOS settings might help. Good luck!

I forgot this was a configuration in the BIOS. I'll check it later. Appreciate the assistance!

If it isn't activated (it usually isn't by default), the RAM will operate at its maximum standard frequency, commonly 2133/2400/2666Mhz, rather than the higher XMP speed it can achieve. You should check the technology I referenced earlier on your motherboard. Based on my observations, most manufacturers label this as XMP/XAMP/A-XMP, while ASUS refers to it as DOCP (on AMD boards).
