Avoid updating to versions 3.50 and above with a Pinnacle Ridge CPU. The most recent BIOS release suggested by Asrock for this configuration is 3.40.

Well amd says Max. Speichertaktfrequenz Up to 2933MHz Sounds like it doesn' support more. As others pointed out update your bios and if you want you can try higher MHz. Btw there is a Programm to find the optimal ram timings etc. For amd you might also try that
