The RAM speed in your system should be 3200MHz, but Windows shows it as 1067MHz. Please check the settings or hardware configuration.

Double Data Rate indicates your RAM operates at 2133 MHz, which is the minimum JEDEC standard for DDR4. What CPU, motherboard, BIOS and RAM do you currently have?

I own an AMD Ryzen 7 2700X processor paired with an ASRock X470 Master Sli/AC motherboard. The system runs on 64GB of Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro memory and uses the BIOS released by American Megatrends Inc. P1.50 dated 6/11/2018.

First, there's almost zero chance for a 2700X to run RAM at 3200 MHz. 2933 likely, 3000 likely, but 3200 is a stretch. Second, you have a 12 versions older BIOS, and out of those 12 versions there are two completely new generations. https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/X470 Master SLIac/index.asp#BIOS What you need to do is, flash the latest BIOS version. I'd recommend gong 1.90 - 3.70 - 4.40 - L4.52. Maybe the RAM will run stable 3200 with the latest bios, but the chances are slim. But, reading XMP and lowering the frequency manually to 2933 will work.

The system isn't able to operate at 3200, so the protection reduces the frequency to meet the JEDEC standard.
