a rx590 should be capable of that, but with your CPU it won't. I believe it won't be able to handle it because your processor is too weak. I'm also sure you won't be able to run origins or unity. I have a Ryzen 3 2200g RX 480 and I can barely play unity. It's not because my PC can't manage it, but mainly because the Assassins Creed games aren't well optimized.
