I've been using AC: Black Flag for two days now. My FPS consistently stays under 30, even though I meet all the game requirements and lowered my graphics settings to low. It's still lagging despite those adjustments. Can you help me?

The sole viable option is to upgrade the PC.

Ive experienced bad fps in almost every assassins creed game ive played on pc so far, and from what im seeing its just that the games are bad optimized. i Got an ryzen 3 2200g 8gb ram rx480 and i can barely play assassins creed 3 at medium settings.
In short: Its probably not your pc fault of bad fps, its the game thats poorly opimized to pc. Cant do anything to fix it, at least from what i know. unless you can get an dedicated gpu, then it might run a little better. And dont always trust those "can i run bla bla bla on my pc" sites. They can sometimes be missleading, but in a few instances they might be right.

You don't meet the basic standards, you need to improve your GPU.

A focused GPU could resolve certain issues, but it might not be enough alone. A completely new PC may still be necessary depending on the situation.

Just upgrading the GPU would suffice. I played Black Flag using the same CPU as his, but with an R9 280, everything worked smoothly.

his cpus mobo has an fm2+ socket, and it could likely run an fx 770k, which is about 10-15% slower than the fx 8350. It also supports quad-core processors. That would be a significant improvement.

You wouldn't need to upgrade the CPU, as the four-core CPUs on the FM2+ platform behave identically after overclocking, and they're only about 8% slower than the FX 8350.

you noticed it wasn't just 10-15%, more like 50-120% slower
