Hey, based on what your friends said, you seem to have a solid setup. They claim 200-300 FPS in CS:GO while you consistently hit 100-120, with some spots reaching 200. In Tarkov you’re getting 30-60 and experiencing stutters that might be from your end. Your specs look decent too—your CPU is I7-6700, GPU GTX 1060, and storage is a solid 2TB. What might be the problem?

Are the details in games matching your friend’s setup exactly? I understand CS:GO offers many choices.

It happened just a few moments after the system restarted, so I'm not sure what it means.

They say I should be seeing between 2 and 300 frames per second at the top settings.

They say certain claims don't match the facts. On the internet, achieving 300FPS isn't possible with your current setup; you'd need a powerful GPU and significantly better hardware for optimal performance.

You're considering a new build and have some questions about specs. The 3070 seems promising at that price point. Deciding on CPU choices can be tricky—higher doesn't always mean better, so research benchmarks carefully. For SSDs, the 1TB Samsung drive you mentioned is reputable, but confirm the exact storage speed and form factor. RAM should ideally be at least 16GB, with a minimum of 3200MHz for stability. Keep an eye on compatibility and performance needs for your intended tasks.

Linus mentioned a price of 500, but that doesn't reflect the actual cost to the consumer. I’m not familiar with Ryzen, but I’m willing to pay more for a quality system. I use it for 3D modeling in tools like Creo, Solid Edge, and possibly Inventor soon. What exactly are you asking about? Ram speed really impacts how much data your computer can handle at once.
