I don’t understand why you’re experiencing such low FPS, but your performance seems stuck at 180 even with overclocked specs. It might be a bottleneck somewhere else. Have you checked your GPU’s power delivery and cooling? Also, ensure your RAM is properly seated and not overclocked too aggressively. Consider testing with a different game or adjusting settings to isolate the issue. If optimization helps, it could point to driver or software conflicts.

There’s no slowdown, just worry about that. I’m sure the issue lies with drivers on 3080 and possibly 3070 models. Fortnite uses a lot of CPU power but still gives a solid frame rate. What’s your monitor’s refresh rate?

If there's a bottleneck it's your oc being unstable, I'd try without and also try to not have a lot of crap run in the background like discord, Youtube, weird RGB software, etc and see if something improves. nopee no issues, sir, even down clocked and down volted getting above average framerates (compared to other 3070's) But I agree this doesn't even look like an issue, more like wrong or unrealistic expectations...
