I do currently have the side panel off while testing it and have a fan pointing in it's direction, however I get about the same temps as when I have the side panel on.

No problem. Changes in time affect everything, and English offers many more words than most other languages.

Sometimes it's okay to be a bit rough.

Execute hwinfo in sensors-only configuration. Observe the GPU section and perf cap causes. Identify any notable trends. Check the power supply being utilized.

I ran tests while playing Fortnite on maximum settings and shadows off. GPU temperatures peaked at 66°C with an average of 54°C. Clock speeds stayed at their configured limits, often increasing to faster rates. The attached log file contains the details. HWinfo_Logging.CSV

Consider another PCIe connector if needed. Your output voltages are a bit weak. There’s a brief pause where load and power reset. This might be where crashes occur. You’re also seeing GPU performance caps and unstable voltage warnings. One pin shows strong power while the other has little. TL;DR: replace the pigtailed PCIe cable with two separate ones for the 8 and 6 pins on your GPU. Edit: try this before changing the slot. I’m on mobile, so it was simpler to note things as I went along. Not in priority order. The pigtail is probably the issue.

I don't have a pigtail right now. I've got individual 6+2 connectors for the 8 and 6 pin GPUs. I plan to move the GPU into the Gen3 PCIe slot instead of the top Gen4 slot and will update you soon.

Are the cables you’re using the ones included with that power supply? Which specific EVGA model are you referring to? Some units experienced Ampere surges and shutdowns. The spikes were fast enough to bypass the log you provided, but it’s likely the PSU reacted strongly enough to prevent a full system failure—this could explain the GPU stopping. Do you own any of these PSUs? EVGA offers several gold models, such as the G3.

Changed to the alternate port and encountered the same issues previously. The freezing occurred less often—sometimes every 10 to 15 seconds instead of every few seconds—but it might just be a coincidence. I've included the log file for this test, using the same Fortnite settings as before. HWinfo_Logging2.CSV
