I'm facing the same problem with my 10700 as well. The CPU stays around 50% utilization. I used to play it smoothly on 4K without any trouble, but now it feels sluggish. On a 3080 graphics card, I have to push everything to reach over 90% GPU usage. Adjusting the settings doesn't seem to help much, which is frustrating because I wanted to hit over 100 FPS and 90+ when it worked fine back then.
