Normal responses are expected. Achieving full core performance requires a manual overclock attempt. The exact limit near 4.4 depends on many factors. Personal comfort with higher voltages also plays a role; most people wouldn’t suggest exceeding 1.325V with low LLC, while others might recommend up to 1.3V with slightly more LLC. On my system, stability drops significantly—no reliable performance above 1.2625V at the second highest LLC setting, falling to 1.244V under load.

It's typical to increase performance significantly, but results rely heavily on cooling. Without a powerful air cooler or a solid air conditioner, you probably won't reach those speeds.

Note that peak clocks hit 4GHz, but under load it drops to about 3.7GHz with temps in the mid-80s. Now it's around the mid-70s for more realistic conditions.
