Performance issues on the GPU during high demand.
When playing games and the GPU is working hard, the fans make a rattling sound when they hit full speed. I checked the fans separately while the PC wasn’t under stress and confirmed they’re from the card I’ve been using since December 26th. Have you tried any solutions yet?
it's likely a GPU fan issue. when the fans spin fast, any slight movement usually becomes noticeable, and at lower speeds they may make more noise. if you notice this with a GPU fan, replacing it is probably the best solution. try moving the PC sideways to see if the sound changes. also monitor temperatures—high heat might signal the need for a repair or replacement.
The GPU fans produce a loud rattling sound at extremely high speeds, which is excessive for regular use but becomes needed during intense overclocking sessions.
My sound output is quite strong on my headphones during gameplay, making it easy to hear everything clearly. This is the primary issue I’m worried about.
This motivated me to begin water cooling. The 1080i readings resembled jet turbine sounds, but it's crucial to install an inline temperature sensor compatible with the board's external 2-pin connector. You'll also need a pump and reservoir, at least a 240-watt radiator, two fans with six fittings (including a 2-port unit in the loop), and tubing. This setup is costly. You can upgrade by adding more radiators or using thicker ones and higher-speed fans to reduce fan power requirements. If you have a male-to-male socket and a temperature sensor, you can achieve a quieter system.
Share the clip so we understand the situation together. Analyzing the problem through words will be trickier.
i don't know if you're aware, but what you basically just said is that you bought and old rusty mining card and its loud. because why would you otherwise be so remarkably sparse with info? if this is a new card rma obv
