Not sure if it's still high-end, but I think it offers solid specifications. It has a GTX 1080, an i7 7820hk, 32GB RAM, and RDR2 installed on an SSD. I’m not having any issues with loading screens, though the problem is online. I’m averaging between 28-45 fps, sometimes it drops to around 60 in certain areas. I’ve watched many videos about optimizing settings, but I can’t reach 60 fps even at the lowest 720p. My storage is nearly full—80GB left on the HDD and 90GB on the SSD. Could a format change help? Every other game runs smoothly. Also, I’m using dx12 because I encountered some strange graphical glitches with trees on Vulcan.

On story mode, I get 30-50 frames per second.

*Just updated the NVIDIA drivers, planning to see if there’s a difference.*

R2D2, the game is quite suboptimal. A few Nvidia drivers have made minor improvements, but overall the performance remains poor. You're likely dealing with a significant issue.

It's the sole game I've been struggling with.
Probably I'll have to play on ultra textures, and the rest will be mid-high.

I experience low performance with my high-end desk in that game.
I rely on Hardware Unboxed settings to achieve better visuals and stable frame rates.
