Have you checked an older NVIDIA driver? I believe on my home PC it's version 376.x and I’m using Overwatch without issues.
Perform a fresh installation of Windows. If this fails, there may be a hardware problem.

I just installed it and believe it resolved my problem. I adjusted my settings on Epic and noticed the range shifted to 120 - 144 instead of 60 - 90. I only tried it on one map, but I think it actually worked (hopefully). Thanks so much! If it doesn’t work in future updates, I’ll let you know.
It often doesn't change right away when a new driver is released, unless it's essential for me.
