Issue: Frame rate fluctuates and stutters without clear cause on my computer. Values swing from 150 to 30 and back to 150. System details: CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 7600X/I5 10400f, GPU - Asus TUF-RTX3080TI-O12G-Gaming /Nvidia 2060, RAM - Lexar Ares RGB DDR5 32GB 6400MHz CL32 (LD5EU016GR6400GDLA), Motherboard - ASRock A620M-HDV/M.2 SSD, Storage - Kingston SA2000M8500G. I've tested various solutions over time: swapped motherboards for the I5 10400f, changed SSDs, updated drivers and settings (Direct11, Direct12), reinstalled Windows multiple times (5+ instances), downloaded drivers repeatedly from different sites, and recorded a full 15-minute FPS test video.
