Performance issues occur with hardware acceleration during gameplay.
Whenever I launch a game with an open browser and a video playing, the video tends to stall and won’t start until I switch tabs away from the game. The only fix is turning off hardware acceleration, which removes WebGL support in my browser and limits access to tools like Flightradar24 or Google Earth. All drivers are current.

video file format using AVC/H.264 codec, works smoothly on Windows but has been an issue for years across different versions. It's not limited to insiders—it appears on the main branch too. Had problems even on older Windows 10 versions. Adjusting process priorities didn't resolve it unless I was targeting a GPU-heavy process.
It appears to function only when using a borderless windowed setup. I encountered the same problem with ETS2, as it’s in fullscreen mode—there’s no clear way to exit to borderless windowed, which causes the video to freeze.
Exact model of RTX 3060, current vBios version, resizable BAR support in BIOS, and whether DirectX was updated via DxWebSetup.
Check the vBios on your MSI Ventus 2X by using the built-in diagnostic tools or a compatible software. Refer to the manufacturer’s manual for specific steps.
Avoid using inside builds to increase the likelihood of success.
