You have a Dell Inspiron 15-5567 Core-i7 with 16 GB RAM and an AMD Radeon R7 M445 graphics card. You're experiencing performance issues, especially in Fortnite where low settings barely get you over 30 FPS despite high settings. Your drivers are up to date, but it seems the problem might be related to compatibility or missing settings. Check if any specific game settings or configurations could be affecting performance, and ensure your system is properly configured for AMD hardware.

there are no such things as GPU compatibility. there seems to be a recent update that has made the game more challenging to run. but I'm not entirely confident about it. GPU isn't particularly powerful, though it's better than integrated options. it doesn't feel like it's too far from a 750ti.

It's really near one-third of a 750ti, just a bit higher than that but not much. I'm actually shocked that something recent hits 60—definitely three times better than the integrated version.

It was also unexpected how well it performed in GTA 5...

750Ti achieves 80 to 100 frames per second. Assuming no further limitations, you'd expect around 26 to 34 fps otherwise. It looks reasonable.
