The game demands six units but you possess five, which means one gigabyte was transferred to the HDD (excluding Windows storage). Increasing RAM would resolve this issue. Right now it’s affordable. Wouldn’t it be better to upgrade to sixteen gigabytes? You’re running a Xeon and likely support ECC memory on certain boards. (used) DDR3 ECC is inexpensive, about a quarter of what current DDR4 costs.

Sure, I'll check for additional RAM. It should be around 1333 with DDR3, which seems like a solid choice. Appreciate your guidance!
