Received a 5600(non x). After running cinebench r23, the task manager shows a frequency close to 4GHz, but the actual result is around 9500 versus expected 11000. The system reports an active clock of 4.4GHz, while the effective clock aligns with task manager at about 4.0 GHz or lower. It's operating at full load with 60°C and no thermal throttling. Power consumption remains low at 65W, even though a previous 2600W could reach up to 105W without stability issues. Did I overlook any BIOS configurations?

I reset all PBO configurations to "auto" and adjusted the voltage offset to +0.05V. Uncertain if this is necessary, but I’m planning to check later. Short version: Avoid changing settings you don’t grasp.
