I refreshed my setup in a Fractal Terra and it appears to look fine, though performance is lagging. PassMark's CPU Mark now sits very low (~20,000), far below average. Previously, a 3900X ran at about 31,000. There’s no thermal throttling detected—HW Monitor shows it stays under 75°C during testing. It clocks at roughly 5400 MHz and maintains around 100% utilization. My power plan is set to High performance. Here’s the component list: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/ryanmatt/saved/FvRZFT. I’m using Windows 11 24H2, just installed the newest graphics driver, and my BIOS is current. Appreciate your assistance!

Consider starting fresh by reinstalling Windows from a clean installation disk.

I saved and reinstalled a fresh ISO on another storage, but the speed remains low. Might my hardware be faulty?

Your complete parts list is ready. The system appears to function properly after the move into the new case. No additional adjustments were made at that time.

Same setup as before, just updated a few parts except storage and graphics card. This time I switched to a new MOBO, added more RAM, upgraded the CPU, and got a cooler—just in case I need something better.
