Hey everyone, I just purchased a Lenovo T480 with an MX150 and an i7-8650u. No matter what games I play, my FPS is extremely low compared to benchmarks and even friends' results. For example, Nier Automate usually gives me at least 30 FPS in the lowest settings, but I’m getting only 5-10 FPS. The issue seems consistent across CPU clock speeds, GPU temps, and temperatures as shown in the image below: https://imgur.com/w99H1DE. I tried several fixes—undervolting the CPU with ThrottleStop, adjusting turbo limits, and changing GPU throttling thresholds—but nothing helped much. I could still undervolt the GPU, but it wouldn’t make a big difference since it’s running below 80 MHz and stays stable at around 1700MHz. Updating the BIOS might help too, though my system is pretty new. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Everywhere I looked, the T480 model comes with the 10W variant, but my unit includes the 25W option

Hey there, I see you're referencing an October update. Could you clarify which specific version you're asking about? That way I can help identify the ones without that issue.

Is there a thermal throttling available? Did you verify it through the hardware info?
