I've explored every possible solution to understand this issue. The problem involves Modern Warfare running at 1080p with full render scaling, V-Sync disabled, and achieving only 42 to 83fps depending on settings. At 2160p with 65% render scaling and V-Sync off, performance stays normal or lower. Despite the system specs—Dell Precision 7740, Xeon E-2286M, 128GB RAM, Quadro RTX 5000 SSD—results fall far short of expectations. It's puzzling since the hardware seems capable. Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated.
