Hello, I recently assembled my first PC and have been experiencing issues with frame rates in games. My typical FPS is significantly higher than the 99% reported by GeForce Experience Performance Overlay, making the game feel sluggish. The GPU seems to be working excessively, even showing up at 25-30% in settings and spiking to 100%. I've updated all drivers, BIOS, and performed a full reset on Windows, but the problem continues. Here are my specs: Intel i9 13900k, MSI Pro Z690-A DDR5, Corsair Vengeance 2x16GB 5600MHz DDR5, Samsung 980 Pro 2TB SSD, Corsair RM1000e, and RTX 4080 Founder's Edition. If anyone else has faced a similar issue, please let me know if you've discovered a solution.

Minecraft is inevitable. The game has always been seen this way, and it will stay that way.

Begin with a more detailed setup, focusing on specific games that demonstrate the same problem. Compare these to benchmark videos available on YouTube featuring comparable hardware. Switch from the GeForce Experience overlay to tools like RTSS and HWinfo for better insight. Keep track of temperatures, clock speeds, and system activity through Task Manager to identify any unusual behavior. Also, review your OS status, installation process, any installed software or bloatware, and other relevant details. Providing this level of specificity will help pinpoint the issue more effectively.

Yes, you're thinking about 1080p resolution.
