I really don’t like performing system restores. I’m not trying to be silly, but I’m avoiding it. Instead, I’d prefer a complete Windows reinstall. That sounds good to me.

The CPU speed is consistent and temperatures remain comfortable, so I would definitely leave it out. Additionally, the power usage is very minimal, which the board's VRMs manage effectively.
