Exactly, strangely a low usage of all of the components; also, another strange thing I notice, is that you've hit some sort of power limit (I'd say it's the GPU's one, being not labeled) twice, even at low usage, voltage and normal clock. Can you try raising the power limit to 120% in Afterburner? Also, can you check (with maybe HWinfo64) the CPU package consumption under load?

Adjusting the slider for power limit on the afterburner also affects the temperature limit. That's acceptable. Additionally, the package usage stays at a maximum of 47W.

Are there hidden differences between your device and all others, or are they identical? Unless your storage is read-only, an OS can be reinstalled on any machine. Return the system to its original condition.

In fact, after reviewing the graphs again, I see you consistently reaching a voltage cap, which is typical for older Nvidia graphics cards, while you seem to be frequently hitting a load limit instead of a power limit, as I initially misunderstood.

I'm not proceeding with that. Otherwise I risk losing a lot of data, which is just a hassle. I also don't know if this is the right approach to solving the issue.

Your motherboard's VRMs are quite basic, which usually isn't a big concern unless you're pushing performance limits or experiencing throttling. It might be worth upgrading to something like the ASRock Pro4 B350/450 for better stability. The build is likely similar, just with a different chipset and possibly no heatsink. Fixing the Windows installation is usually the fastest way to resolve software problems.

Yes, that works since Nvidia GPUs have a limited voltage range, making damage unlikely. To avoid hitting that limit, you can click the chain button (or its alternative) and adjust the power setting individually, though moving both together might help with troubleshooting.

A fresh setup of Windows should resolve the issue. Simply place it on your 120GB SSD without losing any data. Create a Windows 10 flash drive using Microsoft’s media creation utility and install it for free. During installation, press the "I don't have a key" option.

so you aren't going to address any software fix at all? the only free repair option? you rather us blame a hardware component and tell you to replace it and not even attempt to solve the very obvious software issue then correct?
