Set up a system due to the small ITX build. I lowered the CPU voltage with PBO in BIOS. The issue is that idle CPU temperature rises to 89°C, but when I launch Ryzen Master it drops to 50°C. I haven’t changed any settings in Ryzen Master, just the software updates affect temperature. In BIOS I see -18 offset for PBO and -13 in Ryzen Master, but even after starting the PC temps jump to high 80°C and then quickly return to 50°C when I run Ryzen Master. Any advice would be great.
