This situation often arises with mismatched RAM types. Secondly, it appears your CPU usage jumps to maximum when the problem occurs. If your frame rate doesn't immediately drop to zero, we should investigate BD PROCHOT throttling. Let's keep discussing if you're ready.

I adjusted my RAM settings to 1600 and 1333, but the issue persists. It seems CPU temperatures aren’t the main concern—the GPU freezes briefly when usage drops to zero.

It sounds like you're referring to a network issue, possibly related to your NDIS account. The freezing screen could be caused by connectivity problems or other technical glitches.

I've attempted to run the older version and tested it overnight, but it still crashes at times. The reason isn't clear to me.

The GPU no longer receives driver support, with the most recent version being removed. The available driver isn't listed in the search results. It was primarily updated to address security issues, though it may still be worth trying.

Sure, I can initiate a LatencyMon analysis to investigate the source of the delay.

BD PROCHOT may also happen in cold conditions. But it shouldn't lead to major disruptions. It seems connected to a hardware problem, so we should verify with LatencyMon.
