I performed a complete Windows 11 update and restored all my apps with identical settings. When trying to launch MW2, the benchmark shows a significant drop in average FPS—nearly 100 points lower than before. Although I’m still maintaining around 200 fps, it’s frustrating that my performance hasn’t matched. Actions I took: reseated the GPU, removed outdated drivers via DDU, updated BIOS on both GPU and motherboard, adjusted Nvidia control panel settings, cleared all OC profiles (which caused similar performance changes), reset CMOS, and confirmed the 4090 was set to high performance. Hardware specs included Gigabyte Gaming OC 4090, Intel i9-13900k, 32GB RAM, and a high-end power supply. If anyone has insights or alternative solutions not mentioned, please share. Thanks ahead of time.

Have you installed Windows 10? Return to it. Windows 11 is still in development.

Online performance isn't measured from within a game. Factors like your ISP connection and the gaming server's load affect results. Player count and new connections also play a role. Consider using Unigine Engines for accurate testing.
