overheating, poor drivers, full storage, or failing components. Clean the system, replace the thermal paste, back up important data, perform a full storage wipe, and install fresh Windows and drivers. This should resolve the issues.

Before swapping the thermal paste, confirm the device is overheating. Additional checks include GPU temperature, core and memory speed during gaming, CPU clock speed while gaming, and CPU/GPU usage while gaming.
