Hello, your CPU is functioning properly, but it seems RAM performance has dropped. Are these CPUs designed for different memory speeds or timings? UserBenchmark shows 3200 MHz with 16-18-18-36 ns timings, while your motherboard supports up to 29.5 GB/s single core and 27.7 GB/s multi-core speeds. Any others noticing similar issues? I might post an update if adjusting settings helps.

Avoid relying on userbenchmark for a genuine performance test; use dedicated benchmarking tools instead.
