You might want to turn off hardware acceleration in your chosen browser. That worked for a related problem I faced before.

They don’t seem to be installed at all. If that’s the case, it should appear as a Display Adapter in Device Manager, which has improved video playback during games but didn’t significantly affect frame rates.
