It's not just about CSGO. In every game I play—GTA V, Rainbow 6, Overwatch, Battlefield 1, and many others—the same pattern occurs. Yet, when I try Rocket League, it doesn’t happen the same way.

I enjoy playing games such as CSGO, Overwatch, GTA 5, Rainbow Six Siege, Battlefield, and Rocket League. I use Discord behind the scenes and a CPU parking tool, but it doesn’t assist much.

It looks like your system is struggling with performance issues. The low frame rates might stem from a slow CPU, and your frame drops could be caused by game assets loading, which the CPU must unpack. Background tasks such as antivirus software or tools like hwmonitor also consume valuable CPU resources.

According to friends who play it, Rocket League is an extremely well-optimized game that can run even on a heavily overclocked computer.

Maybe upgrading to a new CPU is your best option.

That's a 1050Ti, and an FX8350 should definitely handle those speeds. Regarding the CPU temperature, going up to 80°C indicates it's throttling—consider upgrading your cooler for better performance.

Seems to be a motherboard problem actually. Your motherboards VRM can't supply the FX 8350 with enough power. See here:

It's true, the board seems subpar and might be contributing to CPU throttling. The problem often appears when users have an FX 8000 series processor connected to it.
