Confirm with HWInfo whether the RPM value indicates the fan's speed and how it is measured.

It seems like you're asking about your PC setup. Your current PC case and the number of fans it has are likely important details for optimization or troubleshooting.

How many fans are drawing air in and expelling it? What percentage of the time does it cycle? Which type of case do you have?

Yeah, give that a go and report back. I'm still leaning towards a temp-related issue, but if your fans are really spinning at 3k RPM the temps shouldn't be THAT high. Can you take off the side panel and upload a pic on the internal case config? That might help diagnose airflow issues or something else.

Sharkoon cases perform quite poorly. If you want advice, remove the side panel and capture a picture. Attempt to detach it, then check the temperature of the game and monitor once more.

Only when I enable rust does the temperature reach 99°C, while the GPU stays around 50°C even when not playing.
