I chose a 5900x mainly because of its many threads and cores, hoping it would ease my stuttering issue since that was usually the problem. When idle, the CPU runs at 39-40, but it spikes to 60-70 when I open apps or websites. During gaming, it jumps to 83% and sometimes hovers around 72-77% while in-game. I’m trying to find ways to reduce those temperatures even though they seem normal.
well, there is little improvement to make there. your temps are perfectly normal. if you want to make it run cooler you could underclock your CPU, but it really isn't worth it.
