Hello, your Intel i7 4790k upgrade to a Ryzen 5 3600x has caused a drop in FPS. Are the 4790k still better than the 3600x? Also, you upgraded from 8GB DDR3 RAM to 16GB DDR4. Let me know if you need more details.

System specifications. What speed? 5fps or 30fps? Is the RAM standard or XMP? Are there any other important details?

It happens during lag spikes and when I engage in battles. My FPS used to be steady at 144, but now it falls to 100.

Shut down any unnecessary background activities (particularly CAM) and attempt again just to explore CPU latency variations and process behavior.

No updates occurred. The frame rate remains unchanged, still low.

We usually recommend turning on XMP to achieve better speed. Have you recently replaced the operating system or installed a new version?
