I own a top-tier PC with a 6900XT, Ryzen 9 5900X and 64GB RAM, running on a 165Hz 1440p screen. I’m unable to stop the frame rate from dropping or improve timing consistency. I reinstalled the game, returned to the Steam version, reset all settings to basic, turned on/off VSync, enabled/disabled AMD free sync. I’ve activated FPS limits and turned them off. Despite these adjustments, the game still struggles with smoothness. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Edited August 31, 2022 by Kimbjcl Spelling

Have you ever discovered a solution for the issue I’m facing now? I’ve tried almost everything. My system has specs of 5800x3d, 3060, 16GB RAM, 165Hz, and a 1080p display. The strange thing is the problem began after switching from a 3600 to the 5800x3d model. My 750W power supply should handle the upgrade easily, yet I’m still unsure what’s causing it.

If you're still seeking a solution, I managed to fix it by lowering the voltage on my 3060ti. Once that was done, my frame times improved and the game ran smoother. I also undervolted my 5800x3d beforehand, but it's hard to say if that affected the outcome. I'm using a 16GB 3600, b550 Pro AC, 650W power supply, and a 240Hz 1080p monitor.
