In the memory section, the channel indicates 2 x 64-bit. The CPU usage is approximately 90% for the core, with the remainder allocated to system and background applications.

Memory is operating in dual channel now. It seems they adjusted the label recently. I'm still focused on the report that the package consumes 31W. This might be a BIOS setting, but it could also be changed (likely) through Intel XTU. Try raising PL1 starting at 65W and increasing by 5W increments to see if it helps.

Power consumption after attempting to update BIOS remains unchanged.
Initial BIOS settings already limited power draw to 255W.
Images show consistent readings.

It turned out I copied Windows from my previous system to the new one, keeping the same number of cores as the old CPU. Adjusting the core settings to maximum or reinstalling Windows resolved the problem. Thanks to everyone for your assistance.
