Conditions are excellent right now. Everything checks out fine. The single-core speed is just a short gap from the maximum boost, and multi-core performance is quite strong. You can lower the voltage using the curve optimizer and turn on PBO for extra gains. Looks like you have a wide margin to work with.

You've completed the PBO curve optimization and achieved a 100mghz overdrive for maximum boost. The reason you can't raise the override further likely relates to the curve's offset.
