Hello, I'm facing a problem with my PC where the frame rate drops to just 10 and both GPU and CPU usage stay at zero. This occurs randomly during intense gaming sessions. I've checked drivers, scanned for malware, and verified temperatures, but it persists even on benchmarks like Cinebench or Furmark. No one has reported this issue before. Could you help? Thanks.
