It seems confusing why you need to begin here. Would it help if we look at possible alternatives? You might have an extra SSD available—even a regular HDD could work. Try moving it elsewhere and check if the issue continues.

the options on both of my m.2 ssds seemed fine, though installing windows on the pc felt questionable at first. Still, I think it’s worth giving it a shot.

You mentioned using a different machine to make the USB drive. The software you employed to format or prepare the USB stick was either Microsoft's Media Creation Tool or Rufus.

I tried using a different computer to initially set up the media tool on two separate USB drives, but that didn’t work either. After that, I installed the ISO files using Rufus, but the same problems persisted.

Have you attempted to use some of the built-in programs and executed the Windows updater completely? If those pre-installed tools function properly, and the updater completes without issues, but installation fails afterward, it could indicate a problem with the download source or file integrity. We may need to examine how and where you obtain the software.

The memory test didn’t detect anything before, but now I’ve purchased new RAM sticks to check if that’s the cause. I’m only trying to install basic apps like Discord, Firefox, the NVIDIA app, and 7zip. I can download all setup or launcher files, but when I attempt to run the installer, it just reports corruption.
