You can't locate your product key in Windows 10, but after reinstalling everything it should turn on itself. Some original equipment manufacturers offer a reinstaller for Windows 10 if you check their sites.

Windows 10 starts automatically on your motherboard. Whenever I reinstall Windows 10 on a laptop or desktop, I just choose "I don’t have a key," and after installation it connects online and activates without issues.
